The Empire Player will be a part of a culture that requires commitment, hard work and proper decision making on and off the field.
Objectives:

Create Clear Player Pathways that create opportunities to progress within Empire United

Create an Environment in which the coaches and players establish a commitment to hard work, encourages player driven decisions and to be brave both on and off the field.

Create a pathway that allows players to show off their skill set, and the work ethic needed to represent their Middle school, High school, State, Regional and National teams as well as their community.

Create a connection to all levels within Empire, by getting all staff in front of players and consistent communication within the staff about player development.
